Whether you're sixteen or sixty Bujinkan Ninjutsu is for you. Learn a practical lifeskill while enhancing your fitness and mobility. Our classes are tailored for all ages and abilities and each member progresses as this or her own pace. Training sessions start with a comprehensive warm-up including resistance training and flexibility/mobility drills. Traditional ninjutsu is taught with the primary focus being practical use as a modern form of self-defence.
